quality

the highest standards in the industry

So what is quality and how do you define it?  And why does everyone say they have the best quality?  Honestly, the truth of the matter is that most everyone does good work.  If they didn’t, they would be out of business.  Is our quality better than the next guys?  Hopefully.  Is our quality worse than the other guys?  NEVER!  But again, most everybody in this industry does pretty good work.  We do see some junk occasionally and I’m sure you have seen it also.  So how can you tell if somebody really does do quality work?  You certainly don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a project only to be surprised that the company you bought from falls in the category of one that does poor work.
So what do you do?  Simple.  Shop around.  Ask around.  See a companies work for yourself!  At CVCT we have a 3,000 square foot showroom that shows you exactly what your cabinets and countertops will look like.  Ask about warranties.  Get them in writing.  Go see a company’s quality for yourself before you make a purchasing decision.  Cabinets and countertop cost a lot of money and you don’t want to make a mistake simply because you didn’t make the time to see someone’s work for yourself.  And we believe that along the way,  you will see the quality differences that actually do set us apart from our competition.

In 2005, CVCT decided to expand into the cabinet market and began selling and installing cabinets.  This caused quite a stir in the industry, but quickly became another one of CVCT’s competitive advantages.  CVCT is able to offer cabinet and countertop installation on the same day, saving customers weeks of time on their projects.  We now provide cabinets to some of the biggest builders in Cache Valley.  In 2006, Doug decided it was time to step away from the business and sold it to his oldest son, Paul White.  Paul grew up sweeping the floor and had worked in all areas of the business since returning from an LDS mission in 1997.  Paul graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from USU in 2000.  He jokes that he learned more in one week of managing CVCT than in his entire time at USU.  Experience really does teach lessons that can’t simply be learned from study alone.  In 2014, Paul changed the name of the business to Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops to more accurately reflect who we are and what we do.
